Return & Refund Policy

15-day Return and Refund guarantee

If you have any questions, please contact Idoli Hair customer service (Email: idoli@idolihair.com) within 15 days after receiving the product, we provide the 15 days return and refund gurantee.

Note: We only accept return / refund for orders that are unopened and unused.

1. How is the return shipping cost?

1) If it is our responsibility, such as wrong shipment, damange/loss in transit, defect products, Idoli Hair will bear all the return shipping cost.

2) If it is your responsibility, such as dislike, subjective reason (sunshine and screen color) , wrong address.

  You can apply for refund and exchange. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

2. How to return your order?

Please contact us by email (idoli@idolihair.com) or telephone (+ 86 173 9899 7502) within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will accept your return request and send you the return address at idoli@idolihair.com.

Note:
  1) All returns must be returned in their original unopened and unused condition.
  2) The shipping address is not the return address, please do not return to the shipping address!
  3) Pack your goods properly and leave your name, order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return so that Idoli Hair can quickly check your return.
  4) We do not charge a return fee.

If your goods are lost in transit of return, Idoli Hair will be very sorry about that. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns in a traceable manner. Please give us your tracking number when you send us the goods.

3. How long does it take to get a refund?

After we receive, check and confirm that the returned goods have not been opened, we will refund the full amount according to the original payment terms within 1-3 business days. Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process refunds.

If you do not receive a refund within 7-10 Business Days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, a refund may take some time.

4. Order change/cancellation:

If you would like to change/cancel your order, please contact Idoli Hair customer service within 2 days after placing your order and before receiving the shipping confirmation email. After the order is dispacthed, we can not change or cancel the order.

There is no charge for order changes and cancellations.

5. Frequently asked questions

  1) Is Idoli Hair responsible for Custom clearance?

   Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, once the package is seized, you should contact the customs to pick up your package. If you need any customs documents (such as invoices), please feel free to contact us. We will provide the documents you need.

  2) What if I provide the wrong address and the goods are not received?

  We suggest you contact us when you find the error and we will try our best to help you solve it. But we are not responsible for any loss caused by this situation.

  3) Can I return or change a used product?

  No, according to the law, human hair or a wig beam is regarded as health products. We take health and public safety issues seriously. For the safety of all our customers, we do not allow the return of used items. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will check it to make sure that the security seal has not been tampered with. If we find that the seal has been tampered with, you will not receive a refund, nor will you return the item you opened.
